Privacy at the studio.

Label & Lantern Studio, based in Louisville, Kentucky, uses the information you share to review your project, communicate with you, and provide agreed services.

What you share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email, shop name, shop link or description, and project details. Photo links and additional notes are optional. If a project goes ahead, we also need the approved brief, original assets, product facts, feedback, and delivery information.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification, customer lists, or other sensitive records through the form or email.

How we use it

We use your information to assess whether the work is suitable, prepare a quote, answer questions, create and deliver agreed work, and keep necessary business records. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell your inquiry information or use your submitted materials in public examples without separate permission.

Services that help us work

Tally hosts the inquiry form, and Namecheap Private Email handles studio email. Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. These providers process information needed to operate their services, which can include technical details such as your IP address, browser information, and security logs. Their own privacy policies also apply.

For an accepted project, the tools used to create, store, deliver, or collect payment for the work will be identified in the project terms before you book. Share only materials you are authorized to provide for those purposes.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep information while it is needed for your inquiry or project and for applicable business-record obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information by emailing the studio. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, payment, or dispute purposes.

Cookies and questions

We have not added advertising pixels to this website. Hosting, form, and security providers may use cookies or similar tools to operate their services.
